What is Dwelr and how does it work?
Dwelr is a curated platform that connects you with verified service providers for various home, office, and outdoor improvement services. You simply raise a request, and we help you receive quotes from trusted vendors. We coordinate the vendor discovery and proposal stage till the deal is finalized. Post-deal, the vendor takes charge directly, with Dwelr offering limited follow-up support if needed.
How are Dwelr service providers verified?
All service partners on Dwelr go through a thorough onboarding process, which includes quality checks, portfolio review, and business verifications. We only onboard vendors who meet our performance standards and can ensure a reliable experience.
Can I request a quote for multiple services in one go?
Absolutely. You can combine multiple service requirements—like partitions, claddings, mandir units, or waterproofing—in a single inquiry. We'll get you tailored proposals from suitable vendors, so you don’t have to coordinate separately.
How does payment work on Dwelr?
Dwelr charges a 25% token amount once you finalize a vendor. The remaining 75% is paid directly to the vendor as per the agreed milestones. From the 25% token, Dwelr pays the vendor only after execution is complete at your site, and after deducting our platform commission. This ensures transparency and accountability.
What if I don't want to proceed after the first meeting with a vendor?
If you decide not to move ahead after the first vendor meeting, Dwelr refunds your token amount. We want you to proceed only when you're fully confident and satisfied with the vendor.
What are the payment terms for each project?
Payment terms can vary based on the service, scope, and vendor. Detailed payment breakdowns and milestones will be clearly mentioned in the quotations you receive from vendors before you proceed.
Who is responsible for timelines and execution?
The service vendor is fully responsible for execution and timelines. However, Dwelr ensures clarity around timelines during the quotation stage and provides limited support if there are major delays. All timelines will be defined before you pay the token.
